Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations for Rooms, Golf and Spa

All on line reservations are subject to a 25% deposit.
Payment can be made by debit / credit card through our secure online payment provider Sage Pay. Reservations can currently be made up to 3 months in advance.

2. Payment

Rockliffe Hall Ltd. accepts on line payment by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Delta, Solo/Electron, Diners Club).

Customers cannot redeem Rockliffe Gift Vouchers on line. Please contact Rockliffe Hall direct if you wish to redeem a gift voucher.

3. Room prices

Room prices are per person, per night and are inclusive of Breakfast and VAT.
Rockliffe Hall Ltd. reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. Any on line booking will be charged at the rate at the time of booking irrespective of any future price change.

4. Cancellations: Rooms, Golf, Spa

If you cancel a room reservation less than 48hrs. before date of arrival you will lose your deposit. Therefore if you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so before 12.00pm two days prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated in the terms & conditions. We will use our best endeavours to re-let cancelled rooms and will reimburse in full if the room is subsequently let.

If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 12pm on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one night’s accommodation per room booked.
Bookings made after 1pm on the day of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

5. Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date.
Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 10pm.
Your room must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

6. Particular requirements

All of our hotel rooms are no smoking.
Rockliffe has a number of rooms with interconnecting doors and some which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. We cannot guarantee availability of these room but will do our utmost to offer appropriate Accommodation.
We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

7. Please note

We regret that, with the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed in Rockliffe Hall.
Personal electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms.In the event of any damage to rooms caused by smoke or misuse, Rockliffe Hall reserve the right to seek full recompense for any repairs and cleaning deemed necessary from the room occupant.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.
You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Rockliffe Hall for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
