The Design Team

The Rockliffe Hall development team consists of a number the leading design and construction companies in the North East. The architect for the entire project is Browne Smith Baker of Newcastle and Darlington, and the main construction contractor is Shepherd Construction of York and Darlington.

Mechanical and electrical design is being carried out by White Young Green of Stockton, and they are joined by Baker Mallet of Stockton who are the project cost consultants.

The Golf Clourse has been designed by course architects Hawtree, in assocaition with master course builders M.J. Abbotts.

Other partners in the project include Jeff Mason Design Associates (Interior Design), Taylor Pools, Up North, and KSL Lighting Design.
